We are a sewing studio dedicated to teaching the art of sewing to beginners and experienced sewers alike.
Welcome to the sewing club! Toronto Sewing School is the premier destination for sewing lessons in Toronto and the GTA. Located on the sunny corner of The Queensway and Moynes Ave., our sewing school resides right above the famous Sewing Machine Sales & Repair Centre, the most renowned specialty shop in the city for sewing machine sales, repairs, parts & notions. Our talented group of teachers range from master seamstresses, professional tailors, sewing school teachers and fashion school graduates who are ready to share their skills and experience with you. We welcome you into to this vibrant and creative space, made for people who love sewing and have an interest in learning about this fun and fundamental craft!
We offer a range of different classes for different interests and experience levels. Check out our workshops which run for one 3-hour span where you can get a masterclass on a specific skill. Looking to build your skills over a few classes, grow from beginner to expert or complete a larger project? Our multi-session Sewing Classes which run for 4-6 weeks could be the perfect course for you. Garment making, sewing clubs, hemming workshops, serger workshops & more area ready for you to join and learn how to sew!
