Beginner Sewing 2-Part Class

Welcome to our Beginner Sewing class! This is a 2-week course designed to introduce beginners to the art of sewing. In this all-inclusive class, you'll learn to sew on our school machines and complete a reversible tote bag project! All materials are provided. Please note this class is adults only 18+ Skills students will learn: - sewing machine basics - cutting, pinning and basting - sewing straight lines and corners - inserting a lining Sewing Level: Sewing beginners with little to no experience are welcome! Class Requirements: We'll provide everything you need! With step-by-step guidance from your teacher and a small class size of 6, you will gain confidence in your sewing abilities and come away with a practical and beautiful reversible tote bag. ***This class runs for 2 Saturdays from 11:00 am - 1:30pm *** Class 1: Saturday October 25th, 2025 Class 2: Saturday November 1st, 2025 Total hours: 2 x 2.5 hrs = 5 hours of instruction All notions can be purchased from the Sewing Machine Sales & Repair Centre with a 15% student discount with proof of class purchase. NO MAKEUP CLASSES ARE GIVEN SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE AVAILABLE BEFORE REGISTERING FOR A CLASS! Classes are non-cancellable and non-refundable if missed. Classes are however transferrable so if you can't make it, you can transfer your spot to someone else.
