Welcome to our Jeans Hemming Masterclass! This one-day workshop is tailored for home sewers who want to learn to master the art of hemming denim. Hemming is probably one of the most useful and requested sewing skills you can have and denim is one of the trickier materials to work with. During this workshop you will learn how to properly hem different denim garments in different styles. Level: This is an all-levels class. Beginners with some experience welcome, as well as intermediate to advanced sewists Bring your own machine or use one of our class machines ***One Day Workshop for 3 hours on Saturday January 17th from 11:00am - 2:00pm*** NO MAKEUP CLASSES ARE GIVEN SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE AVAILABLE BEFORE REGISTERING FOR A CLASS! Students are suggested to bring in a pair of jeans to be hemmed. A Sewing Machine is required. A list of suggested notions will be emailed to you after registration (scissors, marking pens, etc). Students can purchase required notions (scissors, thread, rulers, marking pens etc) from the Sewing Machine Sales & Repair Centre store with a 15% student discount. Thanks and Happy Sewing!

Cancellation Policy
The classroom is located upstairs above the Sewing Machine Sales & Repair Centre. Please note The Sewing School is accessible by stairs only. Starting date of class is dependent upon required number of students (6). Should minimum student enrollment not be met, class dates may be changed and students will be informed ahead of time. Cancellations will not be accepted within 10 days of class starting date. NO MAKEUP CLASSES ARE GIVEN SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE AVAILABLE BEFORE REGISTERING FOR A CLASS! Thank you and Happy Sewing!
