Safe and efficient fabric cutting Perfecting the Quarter Inch Seam Allowance Effective pressing techniques Glue-basting for pucker-free quilting General best practices A class materials list will be emailed to you upon registration including fabric requirements, scissors, pins, marking tools, etc. **Basic sewing experience required or completion of Sewing Machine Basics for Beginners course.** With step-by-step guidance from your teacher and a small class size of 6, you will gain confidence in your sewing abilities and come away with a useful and adorable tote bag. ***This class runs for 2 Wednesday evenings from 6:00pm - 9:00pm *** Class 1: Wednesday October 22nd, 2025 Class 2: Wednesday October 29th, 2025 Total hours: 2 x 3hr = 6 hours of instruction All notions can be purchased from the Sewing Machine Sales & Repair Centre with a 15% student discount with proof of class purchase.
