Service Description
Calling all sewing newbies! This is THE class for all beginners with no sewing experience. Come as you are! We provide everything. No sewing machine or fabric is required. We'll provide you with pre-cut fabric kits and a sewing machine to get you started on your sewing journey. During this 3 hour workshop, our beginners will work with sewing expert Johanna Masko and learn to master the basics of the sewing machine. Students will practice their sewing by completing a cushion cover. We will take you from zero to confidence in one afternoon! You'll learn to thread your machine, wind a bobbin, and sew with confidence by the end of this course! Join us to get your sewing journey started with expert instruction and a small class size! Bookings are non-refundable so please make sure you're available prior to booking! Bookings can be transferred to another person before class start date. Cancellation Policy
The classroom is located upstairs above the Sewing Machine Sales & Repair Centre. Please note The Sewing School is accessible by stairs only. Starting date of class is dependent upon required number of students (6). Should minimum student enrollment not be met, class dates may be changed and students will be informed ahead of time. Cancellations will not be accepted within 10 days of class starting date. NO MAKEUP CLASSES ARE GIVEN SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE AVAILABLE BEFORE REGISTERING FOR A CLASS! Thank you and Happy Sewing!
